WHAT IS YOGA?

Yoga is an ancient practice, which seeks to restore harmony and balance to the mind, body and spirit. Practicing Yoga with consistency and devotion, revitalizes the seven energy centers (chakras), and provides a wonderful balance of physical and spiritual well-being.
